Ask Lola - Advice For The Love Weary, World Weary, or Just Plain Crazy

So the other day a reader posed a question in the comment section and asked for my advice.  It gave me a wonderful idea.  (Or possibly a shitty idea if no one wants my opinion on anything but whatever.)  I would like to start a weekly (or monthly) Ask Lola.

Anyway email me your "problem" and once a week (or month) I will give you my wonderful advice.  You can ask me a love question, a fashion question, a beauty question, a family problem question, or even what I think you should be watching on TV.  Ask me anything and I'll try to answer you in a productive way.  The thing that's great about this is you can either use my advice to try and better your situation or you can think, "That bitch is crazy.  Look at how fucked up her life is.  No way I'm listening to her."  Either way we both get to have some fun.  Plus other random strangers from the Internet might weigh in also.

Email me at bitterwithbaggageATgmailDOTcom.  This post will be linked on the sidebar so feel free to email anytime.  Today, tomorrow, next year, whenever.  I will publish all questions anonymously (or give you a cute pseudonym) unless you tell me differently.

Good idea, I personally love your posts about the beauty products you use. You recommended the coconut oil for a moisturizer and I love it.

Also I had gotten so use to your once a week posting schedule I am always behind now that you're posting more. But I love the frequency! Keep it up.

No questions right this minute, but I have to agree with e: I love it that you're posting more frequently.

My posting never seems to have a schedule. Sometimes I post every single day and other times I just don;t have anything to say. That's sort of why I came up with this Ask Lola thing. It gives me something to do and you something to read.

Lola

Just read yesterday's post. Ok, I know there is a lot of hype about Zicam, but it really has helped me and the husband.

I agree with reader above, I love make-up reviews. My new thing now is Retin A *prescription* and Burts bees products. Ok, so you didn't ask me for advice. Back to you. Hope you feel better

Thanks. I'm doing the Zicam thing. And the honey, lemon, and fresh ginger thing. And the apple cider vinegar thing. I actually do feel better today. Is there any specific make-up you'd like to know about? I'm sure at some point I've used them all. And speaking of *prescriptions*, I'm thinking about doing Botox. For my migraines of course.

fabulous idea! can't wait to read your answers...

Thanks but if I don't get some more questions I'll be done before I barely get started.

Lola, this is going to be awesome! I can't wait to see your answers. I hope they're not all about makeup either!

You are too funny about the deleting emails thing. I do that too. Wayyyy too often.

xoxo, Dani

Thanks Dani. A few people have already written in. I hope more do. I hope the people who i accidentally deleted write back. I swear I'm so stupid sometimes.

Go Botox! Just tried it for the first time a few weeks ago. I'm hooked. It makes me look more rested and gave a slight lift to my brows. Love all your beauty "reviews." Leaving for England and Ireland monday, anyone know out of the way places to shop in London, I won't have much freetime but I must shop...

I'm not sure about the Botox thing. And the other thing is sometimes, for migraines, they put it in the back of your neck so it sure won't help the wrinkles I have.

Have fun in England and Ireland. I'm jealous.

By the way, are you still posting anonymous hate mail?

I sure am. As long as it isn't directed at me. :)
