Posting around here will be sporadic for the next three weeks.  I'm not totally abandoning the blog but I will be in class for the next fifteen days taking a course that might very well kill me.  A course that sane people take during a regular semester.  I'll also be attempting to pack to leave town for 2 1/2 months.  I'll still try to post but it might not be very often or very entertaining.  I apologize in advance.

Also, is it wrong for me to suddenly have a crush on Shia LaBeouf?  I feel sort of dirty about it.

Okay, since you mentioned the former Mrs. Kravitz...well, okay, this isn't really about her...but what the hell was Marisa Tomei doing at the historically black college on "A Different World?"

Because as one of the few white students at a historically black college it was indeed "a different world" for her. Perhaps the writers were attempting to show all types of "different worlds." Think about Whitley having to do things for herself instead of having servants. That was a "different world" for her. Or Dwayne Wayne actually getting attention from girls. Tempestt (yes she spelled it with two t's) Bledsoe had her own talk show in the mid 90's and she has done some tv and voice over work. The extent of my obscure useless knowledge is amazing.
